Is no-one worried the introduction of Martin may hurt his scores?

not at his price- even if martin is getting 20 HO per game (which would be a lot for a second ruck), leuen is still averaging 70-80 ppg.

Isnt that a problem?  Doesnt seem like a lock to me if that's a possibility.

Vos had made it clear he want to play a forward whom can ruck similar to Cox/Natanui at West Coast. Their scores did not overly suffer and suspect Bergers will not either.  Berger when going forward previously can take a solid mark and is an accurate kick for goal (kicked 4.1 in 2011).

This article from Lions however casts a small shadow on Berger so if selecting him may be an idea to have a R/F back up.

Watch his fitness in the NAB cup.  Has worked reasonably well in pre season training.

I'm looking at starting Jacobs - Berger, with NicNat in the forward line. Then down the track possibly moving NicNat into Rucks and liquidating Bergers $$ back into the fwd line.

After last years ruck debacle it will be important to give yourself options.

you know about Nic Nat's pre season surgery right? might not be right for round 1

wonder if Cox would be in the top 6-10 forwards could be a good option
