DT-SC

I have previously done a short write up on the great man but have since deleted it to make a more extensive one.

2011 games     : 20

2011 Average   : 94.2 ppg

2012 games     : 21

2012 Average   : 94.9

2012 high score : 144 (twice)

2012 low score  :  58

2012 Scores      :  83  73  67  72  100  113  109  58  99  83  107  107  113  144  88  120  87  144 58  79  91

                     9 tons                             Injury effected

Matthew Pavlich started season 2012 slowly as him, and Freo adapted to Ross Lyons gameplan, however, after a month (74 ppg) of struggling, it paid off.
Over the remaining 17 games Mathew Pavlich averaged 3.35 goals a game and 100 DT ppg despite struggling with an achilles injury over the past month which will be 100% by round 1. Since debut he has missed just 11 games or 0.92 games a year.
Since 2003 his worst average had been 88.1.

In short he is an ultimate Dreamteam premium, durable, relatively consistent, high ceiling with some serious scoring ability.

Verdict:  Let's just say Buddy has a lot of convincing to do if he wants to be my sole key forward that I'll start with.

Prediction:   101 ppg

I agree mate! Looking to load up on mid-priced forwards so will only start with one or two true premiums: Pav, Fyfe and Buddy is who I will be looking at.

Would love to lock Pav in once again...
Need 4 of Franklin, Pav, Stevie J, Robbo, Zaha, Dusty...

Jukes

From those I'd only go Buddy Pav and SJ

Yeah, I've got LeCras locked as a mid-pricer...not sure if I should go Gray as well and the above 3, or go 4 of that list and Lecca  :P

Defenite GUN/JET/LEGEND/DT & SC SUPER PREMO

Was a little burnt by him early on in 2012 but he came good.

I'am really going to struggle picking anyone from Freo but Pav maybe the one exception.

You say that based on Ross Lyon's first year at the club, of course it takes time to adjust to a new a gameplan and playing role but when it clicks it clicks.

You won't even consider Fyfe, Mundy, Broughton, Barlow, Duffield, Sandi, Pearce or even Goddard?

Windigo

I'd consider Duff_Man & Fyfe.

And of course Pavlich.  ::)

Spinking

Another one who I thought would start to slow this year as he gets older, but seems to be getting better with age. Would think his output will be very similar in 2013, so am strongly considering.

Adamant

Doesnt look like slowing down anytime soon.

Not so much Ross Lyon or his gameplan.

Its more to do with the fact so many Freo players are very inconsistent ie. Mundy, Broughton and Duffield

Otherwise very injury prone ie. Sandi

Not sure about DPP ie Fyfe (If he keeps the dpp will be looking closely at him(but even he can be a little incosistent))

Pearce may really breakout this year but would be a gamble for round 1 I believe, could very well prove to be an upgrade target later in the season.

as for Goddard going to Freo???? :)
