Looks like ill do it then. Any objections?
I'll go from this:
Ryan, (Redmayne)
Rose, Thwaite, Franjic, Golec, (Gerhardt)
Broich, Flores, Rojic, Dugandzic, (Polenz)
Huysegems, Smeltz, (Markelis)
To this:
Ryan, (Birghitti)
Rose, Sainsbury, Thwaite, Golec, (Gerhardt)
Broich, Vidosic, Rojas, Fenton, (Polenz)
Heskey, Del Piero, Huysegems.

Obviously a ten times better team, but can't figure out who I would bench out of Fenton and Golec.
Thoughts?

If your using the wildcard why not turn Thwaite into Heffernan, both are playing but heffernan is cheaper.

You currently have Rose and Sainsbury in defence from CCM along with Ryan in goal. If CCM lose you get pounded.

Luigi197

All i'll say is that I put myself in last position by making this team, but nevertheless, this is my team (with wildcard NOT being used yet) :

Vukovic
Sainsbury, Jurman, Leijer
Vidosic (V), Fenton, Dugandzic, Flores, Rogic
Berisha (C), Heskey
(Hall, Golec, Gerdhart, Kresinger)

$200,000 in the bank.

Are trades needed? Maybe in the midfied?
Currently on my watchlist I have: Griffiths, Del Piero, Neumann, Broich, Rojas and Finkler.

Thoughts?

If it were me i would turn flores into broich. Flores will probably come good at some stage but i think broich is in for a big one against wsw.

Thanks for the input guys. That also leaves me with 110k. I reckon I'll save that for a rainy day...
Team:
Ryan, (Birghitti)
Rose, Sainsbury, Heffernan, (Golec, Gerhardt)
Broich, Rojas, Fenton, VidoÅ¡ić, (Polenz)
Del Piero, Berisha(C), Huysegems.

I am very happy with that, although cant figure who to bench from Sainsbury and Golec... Anyone know why Sainsbury scored 0 last round?

Broich does sound good...
I really need to look up more about Flores because i haven't seen any of his work this season; only 2 seasons ago when he was with Adelaide..
Dugandzic and Rogic safe for now?

If CCM keep a clean sheet, which is more often than not, I smash it out. Point taken though, but CCM on.ly look like getting scored against 1 in every 3 games.

Rojic/Dugandzic/Flores to Rojas is a good trade. Nets you some cash and he looks like the only dangerous Victory player.

Luigi197

Hmm OK, let's size this up.

Vidosic and Fenton are locked in.
By Watching the matches, I know Rogic and Dugandzic are capable of grabbing assists and goals, Dugandzic maybe a bit more likely. Dugandzic is a good 75k or so more expensive.
Flores is then the same price as Dugandzic. So far this year, starred only once. Everyone knows what he is capable of, and that is a lot. But people are saying he has been missing in for Victory when they need him most; but sadly I can not confirm this.
I can trade anyone to Broich or Rojas with the money I have.

Rogic to Broich would ensure firepower all round and then it is only a matter of time before every one of my midfield premiums start racking the points up. I like watching Rogic play though and certainly hasn't been missing.
Flores to Broich would get rid of Flores early season slump for a more immediate replacement, and I honestly would not know if it is the right decision because I have no personal review on Flores yet.
Rogic to Rojas keeps the same structure I have, and gives me a tiny bit more cash. That seems like a disciplined sideways trade.
Flores to Rojas keeps the Melbourne Victory part of my team intact, meaning that I have to keep faith in them. With the current set up of Victory, it seems that Rojas is looking more likely than Flores to convert a goal. This would give me much more cash.

Popey99

Mate, if I were you, I would go Flores to Broich this week, as you need to start getting the points flowing. At his price, Rojas is a must have and he has been very consistent. Therefore, I would give Rojic one week to prove his worth, then out for Rojas if he performs with 4+ (We'll leave Dugandzic, he'll consistently get what you want from him, I traded him with my wildcard, but that was for a proven performer in Vidosic, who is flying) Then your defence needs a work over, so I would use the cash to Leijer to Rose, and Jurman to Heffernan if he keeps up his start in a few weeks. That will still leave you with a fair bit of cash, say 200k to maybe get Smeltz in for Kresinger later on once Smeltz finds form.

All that should take 5-6 weeks. That is what I'd do in your position. But it is entirely up to you. I'd be using my wildcard if I were you to be completely honest...

MajorLazer

Is it too risky having both Heskey and Griffiths?

Really want to get Griffiths in as he's killing it. Also have Goodwin from the Jets as well.

I like most of that Plan.

Flores to Broich this week sounds good.
Who ever does better this week, I will get, between Rogic and Rojas.
Offload Leijer to a better scoring Defender.
Upgrade Kresinger.

Sounds good  8)

I have a feeling Griffiths will die down in his impact in a few weeks. Just a feeling...

colmullet

Kresinger's out. Injured.
Necevski keeper? yeah he can save, but can Sydney's defence stop goals in all?
2 CCM defenders?

otherwise forwards and midfield i like.

Thankx mate had no idea bout Kresinger being out injured, yeah i thought bout changing Necevski but ill give him a bit of a run and see how he goes, i think Sydney might keep improving through the year defense wise. 2 CCM defenders is a little bit of a gamble i guess

i took Rojas down to Polenz and Kresinger to Neuman....could have brought in Huysegems but thought i'd keep a little money in the kitty
