Trying to get it overturned so he only has the 4 weeks not the 6 weeks.

His sanction on striking Kerr will stay but the ban for striking Selwood will be overturned.

Both Harvey and Selwood said that there were no punches thrown, no head butts or any malicious physcial attacks. Neither player knows how Selwood came to have cuts on his nose, nor does the medical staff. Both have been deamed to be telling the truth and without any strong video evidence, its hard to see how they gave him 2 weeks in the first place. ???

Yeah I didn't understand it after reading the article.
Should have thrown it out on that evidence.

I don't get it. Cos surely if he wanted to appeal the decision he was meant to do that at the tribunal last night wasn't he?

He did, but the Appeals Board is a completely independent board with different members.
