Considering they won't get much in return if they try to trade him I think Essendon should try to keep him. Although maybe a finals club that needs a tall forward and will give him consistent games (e.g. Sydney) might sway him to move.

I have seen him play enough VFL games to judge and the fact is if i had to choose between the 2 i would pick crameri. I think crameri is younger as well.
