I was worried Hawthorn were going to go un-challenged until today ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Swans v West Coast in another epic encounter, but WC's injuries are a concern but this hardly stopped them this year, hopefully the winner of this Prelim (go away Collingwood and lose!) can beat the Hawks...


Unless the Crows knock the Hawks out in their Prelim ;)

hey hawks did the eagles a favour they set them up to play the roos and we smashed collingwood so you can smash them come on admit it you can stand any team except collingwood :)

when I started following AFL (SANFL before 91) the Hawks had won almost every year, and then went on a 15 year almost Richmond like absence which I was happy about, then they came back and shocked Geelong and it was like, oh that's ok, but now it looks like the once mighty Hawks are mighty again and being from S.A I don't want to see any, powerful VFL clubs dominate for to long because it's not the VFL anymore and might seem like a grinch but... I hate hearing all these old records because I never followed the VFL I followed the SANFL and they have proud records to! as does the WAFL, of course the Port Adelaide football club, the South Fremantle football club, not to mention the Norward football club have won more Premierships than and VFL/AFL club could ever dream of!
     so basically, go away you old VFL mongrels ;D

I feel your pain tbag, I really do. I feel that the SANFL/WANFL are under appreciated as well. The VFL was still a higher quality league for the better part of the century though.

I think you are forgetting that the Crows have to play Freo first
