Generally the crappier your side the lower your ceiling

As the Lions climb the ladder and work their way into the top 8 in 2013 it should see an increase in Redden's and other Lions' ceilings.

The more your team is winning the more possessions, goals etc. they're getting

Therefore Redden's ceiling and average should both increase imo.

There seems to be two school of thoughts with Moloney, one side saying he'll take ball away from Redden and others saying it will free him up and be a positive. We'll have to wait and see.

Moloney will help Black more than anything I'd think.

This will help Redden surely as it will give them another inside player.
