Mr.Craig

Why so much cash left JB? I think the MN is pretty close to what it will be. Otherwise you're basically leaving 100 points in your bank rather than on the field.

Still deciding what to do with it, hence my comments :P

Mn might be about right but I think ball, bock, lecca and grays discounts won't be as big as Monty has planned.

You could probably add Leuey to that list.

I'd suggest getting the premo back. Having to rely on 2/4 back rookies playing each week is a stress you can do without. The mids should be fine, you just need to make sure you nail those rooks to make that strategy work.

Toga's starting second draft :P

Brendon Goddard, Jack Grimes, Bryce Gibbs, Greg Broughton, Nathan Bock, Grant Birchall, Sam Docherty
Brent Staker, Sam Colquhoun

Dane Swan, Gary Ablett jnr, Trent Cotchin, Scott Pendlebury, Luke Ball, Oliver Wines
Jaeger O'Meara, Jack Viney

Nic Naitanui, Matthew Leuenberger
Brodie Grundy, Majak Daw

Dustin Martin, David Zaharakis, Travis Cloke, Chris Knights, Robbie Gray, Mark LeCras, Mitch Morton
Joe Daniher, Sam Kerridge

Having a number 1 forward that was ranked 22nd on averages last season won't cut it imo. Not sure how much cash you have left, maybe turn Knights/Gray into a premium/rookie or maybe shift a bit of money out of the backs.

Probably better options than Kerridge out there. Everything else looks pretty solid. :)

this is true ;)

might look at downgrading birchall to a mid pricer and ball to a rookie and upgrading Gray/Knights to ROK/Rocky/Robbo

Barra17

ROK is listed as a mid only going by fanplanner.

yeah i just noticed that, a bit surprising!

and rocky is listed as mid only but surely he'll get DPP... idk, I'll just see when VS releases the official stuff

Matty411

Our strategy for 2013 will be largely based on value and keepers after 2012's abomination with me over trading...

Underpriced premo's in every position and mid-priced forward mayhem will be the go imo. A few unique's thrown in to set the team a part and hopefully I'll be in for a top-1000 season!

Famous last words.

After a little bit of a play, would only leave me 1 rookie on the field which is crazy. All rookies will probably change as the pre season goes on. Still not sure if all these players will be back for round 1 either. But a bit of an idea anyway.

Hmm I remember seeing this and lol at Gram.
