How is it a knee-jerk reaction? How many soft tissue injuries have the bombers had this year? Who else does the blame fall on other than strength and conditioning? This is professional sport, and what he did with the bombers clearly didn't work...

Things take time. A lot of our players had suffered injuries of these sorts before as well...

Doesn't matter, it appears 7 was wrong. He wasn't sacked he was just demoted back to the role he had at Geelong. Feels like a PR move.
