Spite

Had O'Keefe locked all pre season and then he went and got injured :P Still trading him in when he got back, but he missed a few games so it is pretty impressive!

Tuck, big surprise!

Adamant

O'Keefe making the top 7 for overall points is a bit of shock when you think about it...
He's missed 1 game and has had 2 sub-affected scores of 16 & 60, yet he is still averaging 96 and is a top 7 FWD  :o

Love Redden, had him last year (but I brought him in just before a 60 & 70 lol) but went with Rocky this year....
Would love to start with Redden next year but with so many gun MID's on offer...its gonna be hard to fit him in.

Dude you gotta fit him in.

Averaging like 7 points less than last season so will be slightly cheaper and can only get better.

Averaged the second most tackles last year I think & backed up with a 3rd placing this year. Like .2 behind Kelly for second again.  8) Hasn't missed a game since his debut either.

He is 21 right now & will only have JUST turned 22 next season. Crazy how good he is now. B & F in the bag for sure.

Ricochet

there's going to be so many dominant midfielders next year
Swan, Ablett, Beams, Lids, Cotchin, Watson, Redden
and then theres guys who have potential like Danger and Sidey
and guys that had an off year like Jelwood and Murphy

how do fit them all in  :-\

Jukes

Going with Swan, Cotchin, Watson and Beams as my midfield premos next year. All should improve their average with the exception of Swanny, don't see him repeating 133 but surely 125+.

MLS

The backline players are the biggest surprise. Grimes & Hanley stand out.

Durability is key

I like everything about Redden except for the fact that his highest score this year was a fairly modest 127. If he is ever going to be one of the top five DT midfielders I would have thought he would be getting a few 130+ scores per year by now, like his rather inconsistent mate Rocky. Still, as you said, he is only 21...

Yep, his ceiling is quite low and often dips under the ton...
BUT he should improve his consistency and ceiling as he gets older.

Grazz

As a Crows supporter Maric was a surprise didnt expect the season he had.
Roughead coming back from an Achilles injury and claiming 4th on the ruck list
Grimes playing 21 games for the year, always had the ability but fragile
O'keefe bit of a surprise
Tuck was a surprise

Fair enough. But his had a few games where he was the only one to ton up for the Lions. Lions aren't a top team and what he is doing is great.

Like to point ou the was a top 5 mid last year and will be under priced next year.

can't believe he's only 21

Swan didn't get a 100+ average until his 22
Pendles was also 22
Cotchin 22

Redden averaged nearly 110 at 20... he is a genuine star.

If he played for a Melbourne club he would get more recognition. But sadly not.  ::)

When he wins the B & F he should get more recognized.  :P

Do you reckon redden will still be semi-unique next year?

I'm thinking I'd probably choose him over someone like murph next year...

Starting line up of Swan, Pendles, Cotch, Redden? 8)
