"EXCLUSIVE: AUSSIE beer favourite Victoria Bitter is getting back to full strength after a frosty reception from diehard drinkers.

Carlton United Breweries is beefing up its big cold beer to the original 4.9 per cent after the brewer cut it to 4.6 per cent in 2009 to save tens of millions of dollars a year in excise tax."

I don't even drink but thought some would be happy to know

VB stands for Very Bad......I only ever drank VB for a two year period in the 80's in Alice Springs and VB was the only beer sold. I had too drink it otherwise I would die of thirst in the red centre!!

Agree, not a big fan i think VB is horrid.
