Sorry, I picked 3 key forwards, cos the All-Aus side usually does anyway (though I disagree with it).

Johnson, O'Keefe, Milne, Pavlich, Hawkins, Franklin

I'd but Harley on the Wing not the forward line

tbagrocks

trust me to say it but, it's a shame Tex had to suspensions and missed Rd23, 6 games out and missed the Coleman by only 10, still if your going to put in Buddy you have to look at taylor as well

2 large cokes

every post this guy makes is about walker. yes we realise he's missed a few games because of injury/suspension. 53 goals in 16 games is great. not good enough to be all Australian. and not even close to being in the same league as Franklin as mentioned in your other posts. end of story.

back on this topic, because of the usual team full of midfielders that the AA team always is I think the fwd line may include beams and danger on the flanks so that they can fit all the mids in.

may look like this

beams buddy danger
pav Hawkins Milne/Jetta

and okeefe maybe on the pine? thoughts?

I do agree that walker is not all australian this year but he is not out of franklins league. Walker is fast becoming the best forward in the competiton and when he gets a full season, he will take the coleman and his rightful spot in the all Australian team. Then you all might take notice. This walker is the next Lockett, just wait and see

Capper

Lance Franklin
Tom Hawkins
Matthew Pavlich
Drew Petrie
Jack Riewoldt
Taylor Walker

JEtta started the year ok, but just misses out

i dont know why Cyril has so small votes, cyril is not a stats player but they shouldnt mean he shouldnt b an All Aus

+1 you too @lachie_001, enough about all the crows players how about you contribute to a conversation by acknowledging how good non-crows players have been this season.

For me it is:
Pavlich
Hawkins
Petrie
Milne
O'Keefe
Bennell (bit of a smokey!)

Voted:

Tex Walker
Tom Hawkins
Lewis Jetta
Cyril Rioli
Harley Bennell
Steele Sidebottom (Could easily have missed out for Milne)

...I think all the Walker talk has gotten to me :-\

Funny the Coleman medalist doesn't get AA.

What would be funnier is if the Brownlow medalist doesn't get AA :o

It is an odd situation isn't it? I mean out of te big forwards there I completely agree Hawkins, Pav, Petrie, Franklin and even Cox have been on better form than Jack, but do you think that he could be picked purely as a result of winning the Coleman?  ::)

And lez, are you suggesting Cotchin won't be AA?? ;D :P

I believe Scott Cummings and Shane Woewodin were the last to do that
