This isn't the best spot for it... but

I have 3 retirees and want to make 4-5 delistings. Therefore losing 8 players, but only gaining 5 in return.

What I might do is keep all the retiress on my list and just waste them and to not delist anyone. I think this new rules Holz hasn't really shared is stupid, because if you have no players retiring then you will be fine, you will gain 5 extra players to your list. But because I have 3 or more, I will be 3 down on my list. So I might as well keep Hargrave and Gilbee on my list. Is there a way for the amount of retired players you have, you get a pick at the end of the rookie draft. Like pick 71, 72 etc?

I feel if this wasn't the rule I would keep doing 4 for 2 deals than rack up the rookie picks
