NO SECOND TRADE PERIOD

Trades to not have to be pick for pick, i.e. you can trade Scott Pendlebury for 2 players and 2 draft picks if you want, it doesn't have to be a 1 for 1, or 2 for 2.

Once both teams has posted in this thread agreeing on the deal it will be locked in


this is important. I would prefer no comenting on trades till all parties have agreed.

All questionable trades will be put to a vote, note this is designed for only really one sided trades were its a terrible deal, not just where some team is winning.

I would also like if with each trade you could give a tiny bit on why you are doing the trade (this should help with people thinking things are one sided)


The Cap will be increasing by 5 this year. But there is an additional rule with this. Before the season starts you must classify 5 of your players as rookie (this does not actually have to be rookie you could put ablett on the list if you wanted to).

These players can not be named in your squad however if you have a LTI like i had with lecras than you can elevate a rookie like they do in the afl. You will also be able to elevate a rookie halfway through the Euro season.

You will be given 5 nat draft picks and 5 rookie pick. Now the cap size is only increasing by 5 and you get 10 picks so if you dont delist anyone or having any retiring players than you will be allowed to only use 5 draft picks. So if you have a full sqaud and the rookie draft starts your picks will be skipped. You are allowed to delist players up untill the euro rookie draft starts. All players you delist along with players who were not picked last year (such as Broc Mclean) will be avilable in the rookie draft.

If you choose to delist lots of your players and you want to use more than the 10 allocated draft picks than you will need to trade for them because if you use all your picks and you still dont have a complete sqaud than you will just have less players on your sqaud.

I will put the questionably trades to vote. you can comment on peoples trades if you want. If lots of people comment a trade is bad it will go to vote. But there sholdnt be many of this or not at all. Only really one sided trades will go to vote.

For example Shiels for Selwood would go to vote. But it still might pass.
