Sydney premiership player Brett Kirk will join the Fremantle Dockers as an assistant coach for the 2013 season.

Very happy about this

i s'pose there is the Ross Lyon connection and he probably wanted to get credentials away from his playing club (as seems to be the trend for the modern game re the coaching gigs) but still ...  :(

but good luck to him, as loyal a servant to the Bloods as any ...  :)
