A little help please

Hi all,
I'm in America and need to get this last problem sorted.
I only have 13k left and 1 trade, my problem is bugg has been dropped and need to fill a spot in the backline and my cover is spur, is it worth trading one of them out to the best available which is no one really maybe 8-12 points on average or trade pav out to Franklin, I'm leaning to the Franklin trade coz at least he's guaranteed to play and the replacements available down back just seem like a waste.
