GF Dilemma!!! HELP

It's always good to have bench cover but it comes with the dilemma of who to field.
Luckily I'm in GF and have tough opponents (obvisouly).
So I want to do it right!

DEF: Goddard, Birchall, Enright, Deledio, Carrazo, Yarran, Spurr, S Shaw
MID: Jelwood, Ablett, Pendle, Mitchell, Hayse, Sloane, Gibson
FWD: Buddy, Danger, Stevie J, Sidey, Fyfe, Petrie, Martin, Zorko

Could you help me with who to bench with each line please?

I always back the seasoned players over rookies and leaning towards benching Gibbo, Zorko and Yarran (vs STK)
