With no one significant out for me this week, I'm in a bit of a dilemma on where to use my last trade. I have $69,800 in the bank.

Backs: Deledio, Goddard, Scotland, Waters, Duffield, Johnson, Lake (Ellis, Bell)
Mids: GAJ, Pendles, Thompson, Jelwood, Priddis, Hayes (Gibson, Couch)
Rucks: NicNat, Jacobs (Orren, Campbell)
Forwards: Buddy, Danger, Sidey, Johnson, Dusty, Fyfe, Zorko (Treloar, Smedts)

Thinking Lake or Hayes, which one should I trade and to who? What trade would result in the greatest gain in points?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
