Rucking Headache

Im looking at a donut in my grand finals this week, my Rucks being NicNat, Griffin, Stephenson and Redden.

Unfortunately out of trades, Griffin doesn't look like being selected again this year now that Sandi is back and firing. Does anybody know if Stephenson or Redden have a chance to be selected this week?  Even if they dont score heavily, a 40 or 50 is better than a big fat zero.

redden got 40 hitouts in the sanfl last week and lobbe had a sore hammy during the game against brisbane. the power may

both against maric and the tigers talls or could straight swap lobbe for redden. just have to wait till teams named

Best of luck. I hope Redden plays for ya. My ruck headache is that I kept Giles instead of trading to Sandi. Instead I got Goodes who Got the same score as my bench player (Gumbleton).

Oh well Giles can be traded this week for the Granny.

Cheers ubeaut, I stupidly used my last trade 2/3 weeks ago bringing in Pavlich for Franklin when my forward line had a couple of injuries. Worst thing was, the player I left on the bench that day (Hall) outscored Pavlich and then both players went on to get injured!  ::)

Another of Geelong's ruckmen, Orren Stephenson, is continuing his promising recovery from the broken hand he suffered against West Coast in round 20.

"Orren has progressed well," Snelling said. "He had a fair bit of swelling in his hand.

"We've been able to work furiously on the hand and it has improved a great deal.

"We anticipate him to be out there training (on Wednesday). We'll see how he handles the ball and hopefully he'll be available on the weekend."

Dunno about that. Surely  West will need all the help he can get vs Mummy and Pyke working him over. Hawkins must stay forward.
