2 questions guys.

1: What is Boyd worth?  ;)

2: If Broughton leaves Freo, does his value rise?

1- Boyd is worth a lot short term. Top 5 scorer in this competition with what 2-3 seasons to go, a lot of worth in him.

only age goes against him but at his level still very much worth in him, still a mid gun at 24 about to join the elite ranks such as dangerfield or beams may be worth the same or even more due to the length of their remaining careers when compared to boyds.

I don't think you can even talk picks when discussing elite mids worth, boyd is worth more than pick #1 in my oppinion easily.


2- I think anyone is worth more if they leave freo.

thats not exactly true but broughton would be as long as he told the club he went to he wanted to be a midfielder not a tagger. Thats what holds him back at freo.....

Beams or Dangerfield would be worth 2 Boys imo.

depends what you want i guess Nails, If you want a premiership next season Boyd is worth a lot

Long term he is almost worthless yes, but he is extremely valuable for 1,2 or 3 seasons more. How can you say otherwise?

Pick #1 would pass as a trade, but i would not be happy with it for him just my opinion tho....  Some would be very happy with a pick top 5 for an ageing star....
