I Will update the list after trade period, unfortunately the compensation will be a pick AFTER the rookie/preseason draft.

still wasn't a high pick for you so not a lot of harm done, if there are a lot of good rookie/preseason selections may even be of benefit to you...

With this new released draft pick list showing 7 rounds and 133 picks, everything changes.

OUR AXVS National draft doesn't change, but the value of the picks in OUR rookie/preseason draft do as there will be at least a few rounds of national draft picked players left over and available for selection along with the afl picked players in the rookie and afl preseason drafts, and the players we have remaining in out initial draft.

So to update....

AXVs NATIONAL DRAFT> 4 rounds of picks from:

1. Players picked in the AFL national draft.
2. Players picked in the AFL mini draft.
3. Players prelisted by clubs in any other fassion BEFORE the 22nd Novemeber (AFL National Draft).
4. Players left in the AXVs Initial draft pool.

AXVs ROOKIE/PRESEASON DRAFT> 6 rounds of picks from:

1. Players picked in the AFL Rookie Draft.
2. Players picked in the AFL pre-season draft.
3. Players picked in the AFL National draft ( THAT WERE NOT SELECTED IN THE AXVs NATIONAL DRAFT)
4. Players prelisted or added to an AFL list in any fassion BEFORE the 14th December (AFL PreSeason Draft)
5. Players left in the AXVs Initial draft pool.

The last on zone selections, basically seems to me a bit like nominating/bidding for father son selections. the GCS and GWS get to bid for the zone players, and if they do they take them "in the draft" not sure exactly how.

But it says quite clearly if they do not, "they, allow them to slip into the draft pool". Which I take to mean they will be or may be drafted by other clubs in the national draft.
