T Dog hasn't been on since the 2nd and wasn't on much in the week prior fairly sure he said something in the Coaches thread about RL getting in the way in the recent weeks.

Yea the problem is I havent been able to discuss the trades with TDog in the last couple of weeks because I believe he is completely swamped at work. But I am looking at a solution, possibly bringing in a third admin.

At this stage with TD being swamped, should be a good thing for the AXV,s.

This doesn't go close to addressing  the concerns raised adequately. It seems too little too late.

Where has the communication been, the Comp has been stagnating and basically rudderless, people have been commenting, coaches have offered help, yet nothing.........not even the courtesy of a reply.

There are people ready to step up now and give this comp the attention it deserves.

Hey guys, just to let you all know, I'll be stepping in and helping JB with admin duties and trade approvals for now, as T Dog has some other things going on in his life, and doesn't have the time to help out right now.

Over the next few days we will look at deciding on all outstanding trades and updating everything that needs to be done. If there are any queries or other tasks you believe should be completed by us, please just post or send us a pm :)

Exactly right mate, me and JB have had discussions on all trades, and we'll be posting up decision later tonight when I get the chance to write it out properly :)
