Hawkins can ruck in the F50 and Merrett can ruck in the D50 if he is down there to save Leuey a lot of energy or he is of the ground for a rest but he should still cover the majority of the field and do 70% of ruck work himself.

Got the Q-Stick who can pinch hit in the Forward 50, and Paul Stewart who can do it in the D50 and F50 :)

Mitchy Clark gun would have won the Coleman if fit this year and has made the all anus squad as a ruck  ;)

maybe if the Dees could average a slightly higher number of inside 50's he'd be a shot!

His best seasons were spent in the ruck imo not playing fwd, but he could be a smokie for the coleman in a year or two if the dees improve, they have the talent but can they utilize it?

He was keeping in touch with buddy before his injury and after his injury Melbourne's effort improved and buddy went down. So imo he would be leading not pav  if fit.
