We're not like the majority (not you Fletch ;)) of Essendon supporters who get way ahead of themselves. One week at a time Fletch :P

Like your chances if you pick up a home final by finishing 5th or 6th.  In your own hands over the next 2 weeks.  This weeks game against Freo will decide this.

be prepared for an ultra defensive game this weekend folks

this is going to be a really stingy affair

Yep very contrasting game styles are going to go head to head. It will be interesting to see if the Dockers defensive pressure can stop the Roos run and carry, high risk high scoring game plan. The fact it's at Etihad helps our cause, with our style of play perfectly suited to the confines of the ground, although Freo do play Etihad fairly well. 2 from 2 there this year I'm pretty sure?

"You're losses are never as bad as they seem, and your wins are never as good as you think". That's what Brad Scott tells us all the time, even on Saturday night when we gathered in the meeting room after beating Collingwood by 30

Yes we were able to stop your run and carry.

Good season, proud of the boys. The goal was to make finals and we did that. Today was not reflective of our season, but lessons will be learned and in the end 13 finals debutants to the Eagles 1 didn't help. Still one of the youngest lists out there so big things to come in the future.

+1 RooBoys

Very Pround of North and what they achieved this year.  Looking forward to a bright future for the club.  All good comments on this post, and the collingwood supporters were very gracious aswell, which was great.

The only tosser in this post is Bruce Mcavaney, but us proud North fans don't bother listening to an imbecile such as him.
