No Wells, No adams, No grima and we take out collingwood.

Now on 9 wins out of the last 10 wins with the only loss a 1 point against westcoast. Now the inform team over the last 10 games joined with the hawks on 9 wins.

Anyone getting really excited for finals? Im hoping for a finals win, that should be the goal in my opinion anything better is just bonus.

Cicjose

Fremantle in not bad shape themselves whoever wins that battle will be in the finals

roo boys!

Cicj I agree if Freo win they should play finals but even if we lose we'd still make it unless we also lose to GWS rd23.

Yeah we're playing amazing footy Holz, on the radio there's a bit of talk that a few people believe we could take out the flag...seems very premature to me, if we play like we have in the last 10 weeks we can beat just about anyone but I'm the same as you, a finals win is the goal, and today's win means we're also a pretty good shot at a home final. That would be a huge boost, then if we win we could beat Adelaide and also Collingwood we have proven, I know the players are desperate to beat the Swans as they're now the only team we haven't beaten under Scott's reign after tonight's win but it would be extremely tough against them. So we could potentially get through to the prelim if we come up against the Crows, but I'd still be happy with 1 finals win.

Colliwobblers

Pies were woeful, teach them to suspend Swan, but it was more than that, the defense was all at sea, the supply to the fwd line was appalling and the tall fwds may as well have been on the bench.

That said, North played great footy, many thought there use of handballs wouldn't stand up to the Pies pressure, but they kicked a lot more and even when they did "overuse" the ball by hand they were fast enough and found enough space to be effective.

The tall fwds were a standout and goldy dominated in the ruck.

All in all I'd be feeling pretty good about my team as a North supporter - great effort.

As for Freo I'm still not convinced they can match it with the best in 2012 but it is scary to think how good they WILL be under rossy

when you look at the overall picture of 9 wins and a 1 point loss is does.

GO ROOS!!

With our fkrm, we could get to the grand final! Im sure we wont get that far, but that fact that we can beat collingwood shows such lromising signs for the future.

That would be amazing, but like I said earlier, just one finals win would be great, to get 2/3 would be amazing but just a bonus at this stage. Very very promising signs for the future, all starting to come together now after a period of development.

Your the flog bruce!! Get a real name d!ck head!!

Cruiseon

Congrats to North, you flogged us all night all over the park. Pies haven't really clicked this year, it will be interesting to see North in the finals, they'll be a tough team to beat.

Bruce = flog

roo boys!

Gracious in defeat Cruise, good to see :)

It will be interesting come finals, not many of our players have much finals experience, if any, due to us not playing finals since '08 so could be a telling factor if we come up against some more experienced teams.

monstrum

Yeh they need more experience at the G as well. So happy with the effort last night!

Need to sort themselves out againt the hawks now and i think theyll hav confidence going up against anyone.

BOG for roos last night?...

Im saying Goldy but so hard to pick

roo boys!

Goldy was good, the defenders were all great but in particular Delaney and Thompson. McMahon was good again and Cunnington had a great game. Boomer hard to go past...

monstrum

lol see hard to pick u just named 6 players haha and u could probly name a few more..

just looked at the full DC/SC scores.. north had big even spread DT scores and small SC scores.. probly points to the fact that not one individual stood out as the champion.... just played as a champion team...  :P

Kieran Harper had i think 8 disposals.. but was second on the feild in pressure acts, behind andrew swallow

roo boys!

I could name 22 players haha even Campbell had his influence when he came on.
