Hi have 5 trades left (13K) and seeing that there is only 3 games left i need to burn one trade. I am thinking of downgrading a rookie for cash then see how many outs there are next week and maybe upgrade Ellis. Thoughts

Cameron -> Couch should get you enough to do Dickson or Goodes -> Stevie J this round.

i would go Cameron to Couch then Darley to Heath Shaw or a premium def of your choice because next week Swan will be back and Beams can go forward again and you will have a very nice looking team

Ok I have made two trades which were Cameron -> Couch and Darley -> Grimes
I am left with 3 trade and 8K. How does that look?

Good choices mate! If Tom Campbell keeps getting games, your next downgrade could be Redden to an $85k rookie ruck which would leave you 150k for your final 1 or 2 upgrades.

looks nice m8 now next week when Swan is back i'd consider downgrading Dickson and getting a 2nd premium ruck you might be able to afford on with trading out Redden and then you can keep Giles as backup

my only concern is Dickson against Sydney will have to lower your expectations from him this week. Pity you can't know if couch will get a full game or I would consider starting him ahead of dickson.

hopefuly Goodes finds form for you against the Dogs and otherwise you"re in a great postion with your team and trades - well done.

Then upgrade Giles to Goldstein, Maric or Nic Nat...... or Goodes to PAV.

Other than that - the most impressive thing is that you still have 5 Bloody trades! .... what's ur ranking?

Looking at your original team, you're 1 fwd and 1 def away from being set with 22 premos.

If you consider BEs and saving cash so you only need one more downgrade for your last 2 ups:

- Stevie J is as cheap as he'll be. If he pumps 100, then he'll rise by 30k+
- Darley / Grimes / Goodes / Dickson will all likely rise in price, but not likely as much as Johnson will.
- I'd rate Darley vs Melb more than Dickson vs Swans this week. Moreso than Ellis vs Freo.

Chances are this may net you an extra 10k, generally handy if someone gets injured early or even just to buy that extra luxury.

Thanks for all the comments on my team. It’s great to be able to get a different perspective on trades and players. I am not rank high at all 30K and had a few really bad rounds and trades (injured players and wasted trades, Mumford to H-Mac to Cox for the loss of cash and 2 trades). Last week I traded Fyfe in and down graded Dickson but my trade didn’t go through 

I had to hold back on trades and it has cost me a few games in one of my leagues unfortunately. I have moved Beams into the mid field because of Swan. Next week Swan will return and Beams will move back to the forward line resulting in 6 premiums. My biggest concern is the lack of funds $8K which may limit round 23 and 24 trades if players are rested. I have 3 byes and play Dr Dreamteam which I think my team should be able to beat.

Redden was a gamble and most weeks has worked in my favour which is very lucky as I could of gone Rocky
