Fyfe vs gibson

who to start for swan? Fyfe is more consistent but gibson has had a few tons lately

Tough one but I dont trust Fyfe Pies leak plenty of points thin I would Start Gibson and I dont trust Lyon either

INSANO - cheer for the avatar first of all.

I would start Gibson. Big call but he hasn't got a few tons already he has 3 in a row, good ones too, and one earlier against the saints.

Gibson:   bear with me....

Gibson, Captain and Best and Fairest winner at box Hill in the VFL last year, was a prolific ball winner averaging 28 disposals per match and ranking in the top 3 in the league for disposals, kicks, effective kicks, marks, uncontested possessions and handball recieves.

Almost as good as Zorko both mature aged champions, only difference is Zorko has done all that and more but for 4 years in a row.


Fyfe is a superstar we know that but he isn't match fit and I still think the dockers are a work in progress. North seem to have thier act together. Freo are grinding games out and that doesn't add up to big fantasy scores, where North are playing footloose and fancy which DOES :)


This said Fyfe will come out and ton up, but after 3 in a row and this week against a team that doesn't tag or even "run with" in the Pies, there is no reason to suggest Gibson will not ton up again, especially if Goldy gets on top in the ruck and gives North first use of the sherrin.

So Yeah GIBBO!

as good as gibson is you have to go with the premium. Fyfe is probably the safer option and is more likely to pump out the bigger score.

Too kind Grazz, i only came back here to gloat because it was the ONLY thing that went right in my fantast footy week.

Well I was right about Zorko over Martin too,

but I was VERY VERY wrong about Darley over Shaw  :-[
