Hi all, players are starting to announce there retirements from the AFL. At the moment I'm going to assume that a player who has retired from the AFL, has retired from the WXV - unless told otherwise!! Why? Some players 'retire' (Ben Hudson) and end up playing next year with a different team. If you want to risk a player retiring will find another team, keep him on your list!

Green may play on
Yeh GWS have shown some interest in him to use him like they did Luke Power this year.

Green may play on

On AFL Game Day last weekend, he was asked if he would play on with GWS and categorically stated that this was the end of his career. No ifs or buts about it.

Though, we've all heard that before. ::)

Ziplock

I heard he just hadn't thought about it yet?

connors *might* get looked at by the giants as well...

You can add John Heslin to the list. He has quit Richmond and has gone back to Ireland.

Since this is the WXV delistings thread you may as well add Paul Cribbin, Richard Newell and Sam Schulz to the list too. They have no trade value and I am going to cut them asap.

Seoul Magpies would like to announce that Anton Hamp and Nicholas Winmar have been cut from the Seoul Magpies squad. Neither of which looked close to even make the Pyongyang side this year. We wish them all the best for the future.

If other clubs are still interested in either of these 2 players, talks can be had.

Not Kelvin Lawrence....  :'(

Well, I wish him the best of luck for the future and the Islanders will welcome him back should he decide to return.

Is that confirmed yet? Again someone like GWS could be looking to pick him up.

Was confirmed on the news a few weeks back & then he said it's his last year again the other day... Really doubt he'll play at GWS but may coach. His body is stuffed.
