any one PM spudlez?

trying to buy an external hard drive, two actually, I get them for cost of a mate at JBHIFI which is about 35% discount.

so the ones im looking at are about $300 he can do for just over $200.

online they are cheaper.

BUT ONLINE FROM THE STATES - even with $40 FREIGHT - THEY ARE WAY CHEAPER AGAIN !!!!!

can't believe the cheapest way to buy something in Australia is not to buy it from australia and get it shipped half way around the world.....

If you live in Victoria (they might actually have stores outside Vic now) MSY is ALWAYS the way to go! Built my last PC through MSY exclusively and used PC Case Gear for peripherals.

Was hoping someone might have a clue how to buy things without paying triple in Aus.

They might ship nationally anyway. I was looking at Seagate they have the best options with usb3 and bla bla....

I'll have a look at msy on the net and see what i find. Thanks for the tip

I'd go PCCG over MSY just for customer service if you have any issues... MSY are shower for service and never have any parts in stock ::)
