That is VERY generous of you tor01doc. I appriceate it. In the overall scheme of things it's Colli's desision whether to sack Maca or not. Sad thing is his losing picks prety quickly.  :-\ I'll be on for another 30 mins or so then tomorrow morning.

Colli, What's your thoughts about Maca? Not going well for the draft if he always has to double pick. It's happened twice now that his been skipped.

how many chances does maca get?.. I'm not saying he should be sacked I'm just wondering if theres a rule?

There is no rule, how many 15's teams does he own, how enthusiastic is he, how available is he going to be, a few other issues all go into the Big Collipot and I decide.

Hopefully he just didn't think to check or refreshed his browser stating he was on line, but really wasn't....

No desire or intention to sack anyone ever, but we do now have a "Team Owner in Waiting". So standards need to be maintained.

Not to be bossy or demanding about it, but the things we do and don't do effect the other 15 coaches in this competition so what might seem a small thing may just upset 15 other people greatly...

That's my thoughts Torp. At this stage I am not anywhere near considering sacking him. It is a concern if he misses a lot of picks and drafts a poor team as a result. However this has not happened yet and so far he hasn't missed many this time as he didn't miss many last time either.

Still the next time might be the last time. I will have a chat to him when he is back on, but I do not think he is either inactive overall, or deliberately not bothering with this competition.

As far as taking over ANY team that may come up (nothing to do with maca, just in general). I will offer the team to tor01doc first and if he passes the opportunity up I will open the position up to anyone, in which case if you were serious about the gig, you would be seriously considered.

Lets not shoot maca yet, i posted chat in the british when it was my pick and I didn't pick, i thought i was after Whatlez that round, but I was before him and I didn't pick because I thought i was after him and knew he hadn't picked.....

I was a bit tanked from memory...

It was an accident, but it held everyone up 16 hours! I should have been skipped, but wasn't, my point being I didn't deserve to be sacked for it, and i don't think maca does YET either....

ok Colli. One of my concerns is Maca is losing out greatly because of him missing picks and if his team is taken over in the future it will feature a disadvantage because of that.
