i will contact all coaches with a PM linking to the rules post, and the rules changes/vote list post. requesting a return PM from each coach on any rule or setup changes they want to submit, after reading those two posts.

Once i have a response from all coaches, either with proposed changes to vote on, or with confirmation they are happy with the rules and the list to be voted on as it now stands, then i will finialise the vote list and post it up for each team to vote on.

The rookie draft are just the rookies / preseason players plus the spuds left from the otehr two drafts, i would be happy to randomize or reverse back to the same as the initial draft order, because there is no real value in these players anyway unless you get real lucky.

but would need at least 9 coaches to demand a change to this.

I reckon we should randomize the order then again the Rookie/PSD should be as followed

- If a coach deciders to pass on their pick in the National Draft they get first selection in the PSD and/or the Rookie draft.

The rest would be randomised.

I also would like to note i believe this topic should be merged in with the other Asian 15s topic and come back to this one when the draft actually starts.

i like the setup as is. Makes it better for teams lower in draft

well that's two votes for randomizing the preseason/rookie draft - Noz your point on going to the top of the list if you pass in the national draft is valid - i will add that to the rules as it simply makes sense.

as for the national draft whatlez, that is not up for debate, you are first and it repeats not snakes, that is the balance to the initial draft.

the preseason/rookie draft isn't relevant and should be done in whichever manner is "popular"

as the balance in the draft will have already been reached with the reversed order from initila to national AND the fact the national repeats.

I will ADD the rookie/preseason draft set up to the list of options to be voted on.

NOZ on your other point happy for all future discussion to be directed to the "expression of interest thread" and leave this until we start drafting.

keeping in mid however even when we do start drafting this thread will still be filled with plenty of discussion and comment NOT involved in actually drafting.
