Hawthorn are an over rated bunch of spuds who only got over Adelaide for the same reason they almost got over the Swans, a little help from the Umpires, every year we hear Hawthorn this Hawthorn that, they finally made it and spudded up like I expected, Buddy is an over rated spud who only sometimes kicks well, Cyril is inconsistant, and the game style barly holds up to finals footy

just got home from a big GF bbq and am a bit under the weather (well alot actually)

We had 3 sweeps going.......
1. first goal
2. norm smith meadalist
3. and winner (including margin)

l picked Breust for 1st goal (damn!!!, he was 2nd out of who was picked),
Ryan O'Keefe for norm smith  :),
and Sydney by 9 pts  ;D

.....so l had a big day, great company, lots of laughs, good food, and won 2 out of 3 sweeps......and only just missed out on all 3

How did everyone else spend their GF day?

bah it wasn't as good as yours but ok, spent half working the other half with the wife and skids, watched the game was good, not great but very enjoyable.

alternated between talking to spuds on here and family day. Long weekend so settling in for a nice long weekend of sport.

Fishing trip next week 4 days on the water. No wife no kids, no spuds  ;D
