Sorry guys, haven't been feeling well the past few days and had a couple of early nights. For my pick I will have Tom Williams. He has had a horror run of injuries, which I am hoping are now over. He has been used up forward a bit lately which has really improved his scoring and I think he will be a solid defence backup next year.
