I don't think he ever has, I will check. While we all wait, I need a list of all the teams who have already decided who their rivals are in this competition.

I need BOTH teams involved in the rivalry to agree to being rivals, not just one.

OR - I will decide who is rivals with who. If some of you can't find a rival who agrees to be your rival.

This can be, personal, or draft based, or team location/name based. It doesn't matter why but prior to releasing the DRAW I will need to know all the rivals.
