I like JPK, just ahead of watson and boyd, but all very good contested ball players and you couldn't go wrong either way.

So many good reliable mids, not much between them, so I think go with your gut feel.

thanks for the advice mate :) any reason him ahead of the others? his got a hard run home!

Yeah Stonay, just a personal view of mine, but I think watson is also a gun and would be a very good choice aswell.

I watch a lot of JPK and I think his contested possessions are are good as any player.  I'm not too concerned about his tough run with games against the cats and hawks, because he is good enough to get big numbers against the pies, who have a very strong midfield, and a very good side.

Swans have the dogs this week, so JPK should do well, but he seems equally able to handle the good sides, with a score of 173 against the Hawks earlier this year, and 162 against the pies on saturday night.

In summary very close one for me, but JPK just slightly ahead of jobe, but just one mans opinion, and both guns.  Boydy is also good, gets a lot of the ball and most contested, but in a lower side and his disposal is sometimes a bit ordinary.

What son!

It's elementary my dear Watson.

Son of Timmy.

By Jobe you've done it again.

Good luck.

maybe be good when his team will do well haha! so im knocking him out of contention thanks man :)

bottlemart

Yeah fair call on boyd, BartyBoys.  He gets a lot of the ball, so will always get good numbers, but his disposal efficiency is poor.  That's why I would rate him behind JPK and watson, of the players listed above.

I've had boyd the past 2 years and he wont be in the mix next year for me either.  Too many other younger mids on the rise.  JPK, cotchin, selwood, pendles, swallow, murphy, jack, just to name a few are all still young and should be around for a long time.

Cotchin in a star. Cant go wrong...

he is, i sadly support the tigers but i just dont think he will outscore watson or JPK. Next year though, im all about him there!

bottlemart

Yeah Cotchin is a star, and a lock for my team in 2013.  The way he plays, speaks, and conducts himself is first class.  Next captain of the tiges without doubt.

Stonay, it's a tough decision.  some exceptional players to pick from.  Whoever you get, hopefully they give you 130+ average for the rest of the season.

Good luck for the upcoming game and beyond.
