I called in like round 3/4 essendon wheels were gonna fall off after they smashed Carlton and almost Collingwood
knew they were not top 4 and 7/8th at best

Going on Herald Sun's best 22 for us we had 13 of our best 22 playing.
The last quarter made me so angry, that and the absolute flowerwit North supporters calling ball and wringing every 5 seconds a few rows behind me.

Had a shocking Bombers fan do a similar thing all game a few rows behind me BB haha, absolute tool. And not because he went for Essendon, even if he went for North I'd be saying the same thing. Feral.

If we win a final & do better than North I'd say it's a pass.

Anything less and I'm disappointed.

I reckon that's something, but I think that getting a home final will do us good, against someone like Sydney or Freo.

Keeping up with Carlton I think and doing better than North, I then will deem the season a success.

For it to be a great year we need to:
Win against Carlton
Win against the Kangas
Come 6th-7th
Win a final.

Think after last night the Dons can't win the flag, will be very tough to make the 4 from here for them, and the last couple of months have seen a loss to Melbourne, and smashings by finals contenders St. Kilda and Geelong.

Bombers, West Coast, Carlton, Collingwood, Adelaide and Hawthorn. Take your pick from those as to who'll be top 4.

Reckon we'll win about 11 and lose about 4 in our run home, and that should be enough for a top 4 spot, probably higher at 17 and 5. Could go 18-4, but who knows. Relies a lot on injuries and luck.

I'm not going to vote ~ try to be fair and not bias if you hate Essendon because I know there are a lot of you out there. I also know this is the wrong board - but this gets a lot more views and opinions!

Im a essendon supporter, but without being bias we will finish in the top 4 easily, I wouldnt be surprised if we win the minor premiership. With the attacking style of football, hard tackling, fast rebounding its going to be hard for any team to stop us posting winning scores.

I hear a lot of people say that the eagles had a lot of injuries, that pies had a lot when we play them, without any mention of all the injuries amd outs we have had.

I'm a bomber and I firmly beleive we can finish top 4 only if everything goes our way from now on having said that football doesn't work like that and I think we will effectively end up around 5th, Which is fine by me it shows how far we would have come in 18 months.

2013 we can win the whole thing.

Being a bomber lad my self i hope to say top 4, but considering everything, it might not be that high, but i'd still say top 8 for sure.

Still trying to find that absolute ripper from Jukes saying that it would be a Bombers vs Blues granny and if not at least Prelim.

No way, it's still an important game! We want a home final! But now our finals spot is pretty much guaranteed, I will be barracking against Bombers and for Freo most weeks. Just not Rd22 haha
