What to do with this former gun DT player. Is he going to return to form? Do I just keep believing he will start getting that loose ball.

I have 66k in the bank. Already have Deledio Birchall Goddard Shaw Carrazzo Shaw

so do I trade Lake to   Heppell Johnson Adcock? I have concerns about all of these players. However if Lakes score sub 60 again I am in trouble.

I would keep Lake. All the others you mentioned have had consistency issues recently and Lake is just as likely as any of them to put up a big score.
