It all depends on what situation you're in.  If you're in a qualifying final you're likely to win then I'd hold both and they'll both be back for the prelims, if you're in a qualifying final you're likely to lose then trade Swan because if you do lose the qualifying final then Buddy will be back next week for your semi-final.  If you're in an elimination final I'd be treading Swan as the trade to another super premo mid could get you over the line and if you do win then Buddy will be back next week for your semi.

I would trade Buddy if you have an elimination final because Buddy when he comes back won't be at 100%. He has a lower injury so his match fitness would have decreased a lot. Swan is only out because of suspension, so when he comes back he still will have trained with the team 100% should he should play like he never left...

At this stage have gone Buddy > Beams and Porps > Fyfe. Should score well for season remainder
