Trade or hold - P Ryder, franklin

Hi,
Currently top 2 in my cash leagues and have 4 trades left.  I havent traded for about 8-9 rounds and have been saving them for finals.  I currently have a few issues.  I have swan, franklin and p ryder.  I have been copping a ruck donut every week for the last 5 weeks and I am still winning (i thought he would be up by now :/).

Anyway, I was thinking of trading in franklin for roughhead and trade in redden for a dpp ruck fwd.  that way I wont have the donut this week and I can use paddy when he comes back.  But will paddy make a big impact when he comes back for finals?

Another option is trade in the best ruck that has been performing (maybe maric, i have nic nat as my other ruck) and trade in franklin for another great fwd.
