Heard a rumour up here you may be interested in Karnezis if he returns to Melbourne.  So he may be a trade option in the offering.  May give you another tall.

i think he'd be perfect for what we need!

i think karnezis would be a great addition to the team.. that third tall has worked so well for some clubs! Imagine a forward line of:

HF: Titch, Vickery, Nahas
FF: Karnezis, Jack, King

+add knights/griffiths rotating into that...

yeah he's 28 next year - still good to go for another few seasons! :P

Tippett coming to richmond? ???

earlier today richmond published an article discussing its links with the West Adelaide Football Club:

There will plenty of Richmond interest in how West Adelaide fares in this Sunday’s 2012 SANFL grand final against Norwood at AAMI Stadium

Then AFL.com published an article concerning Joel Tippett, West Adelaide FC's full back...

He said he had received more interest from AFL clubs for Tippett than for any other player in Sunday's grand final side.

Blucher said Tippett's size and ability as a tall defender were rare in the landscape of potential draftees and AFL clubs were fully aware of what he could bring to the table.

"There's been several clubs that have contacted us and several clubs that I know have watched him closely this year," he said.

Just got me thinking, will we be recruiting two big men for our defence this off-season?

Yep, sounds right to me and we will probably promote a couple of rookies and maybe do a bit of trading next week (looking at securing tyson etc.)

Dom Tyson would be a massive pick up. The depth in the mid-field would almost be ocean deep.
