HELP! Last 2 trades

I need advice on what to do now. I finished 6th in both my money leagues, so its do or die each week. I only have 2 trades left and $250,400 in the bank.  Team is;

Backs
Deledio, M Johnson, Goddard, Carrazzo, Shaw, Lake, Burgoyne, (Mohr, Guthrie)

Mids
Watson, Ablett, Pendlebury, Swan, Dal Santo, S Selwood, (Baguley, Sexton)

Rucks
Nic Nat, McEvoy (Redden, Pattinson)

Fwds
Dangermouse, Buddy, Hawkins, Porpoise, Cloke, Zorko, Saad, (Adams, Pfeiffer)

Was thinking trading Pfeiffer for Roughead, but that leaves what to do with Swan  >:( >:(
Any advice welcome. If I hold and get beat, then whats the point, If I use all trades then I have nothing left...

Do or die so you may as well use both trades. Pfeiffer to Roughie is a good call. Pfeiffer to Stevie J might work too.
Swan to J Selwood or S Thompson for mine.

probably something like pfeiffer/adams to stevie j/fyfe. then just dpp fyfe into the mids to cover for swan for two weeks, then back into the fwds.

Another option I could do is to trade Pfeiffer/Adams to Roughead, then DPP Johnson forward and bring Fisher into my backline??   ???  ???  :-[

Leaves Guthrie, Baguley, Redden, Cloke and Saad as possible emergencies through the finals with DPP in all lines if required.  :-\

If you need to win I would trade out Swan, as you mids are a little weak with SSelwood, Dal Santo and Baguley if you kept Swan.

Rule number 1 - don't die wondering - ie trade hard this week.

Swan has to go.

You can afford anyone into the mids. Kennedy, Selwood S Thompson or Beams look good options.

Forward line needs a boost too - If Porps is out then he could go for Beams, Fyfe, SJ.

You'll need to talk to your accountant to decide what you can afford, but one thing you can't afford is to keep trades and lose.

not sure if Porps is actually out, but most would be surprised if he is named this week (wait and see tonight) ... if he yes should go Porps to Fyfe (or Stevie J) and swanny to whoever you want really.. lots of options.. but I would go S.Tomo... the crows have a good run home and they wont be resting him for any reason as they'd be chasing that home final..!

actually i just realized that Swannie to Thomo would leave you with alot of cash so instead of porps to Stevie J/Fyfe.. get big Pav or Beamsy since you can afford them and it will be your last trade...

personally i dont think it does.

let's say you can sub in fyfe to the mids. you likely wont lose a game by the diff b/t fyfe's score (say 105) and whoever you decide to replace him with (say jelwood 125). so i'd rather have a team capable of winning the whole thing in 4wks time with swan in, which you prob wouldn't with such an "un-upgraded" fwd line.

You make a good point but IMO if its a must win game, and you know its going to be close between you and your opponent, its better to use your 2 trades, then to save them and get knocked out. On the other hand, if you care confident you're going to win then the above plan is a good one.

Got plentty to think about now, and will wait till teams released tonight. Still not sure on which way i will go, but both trades will be used. Will not die wondering ;)
