quick question about assistant coach

if i get it this year do i get to pick my team earlier next year and if i do when and do i have to get the full package or can i just get the monthly one.

I think you have to but the full thing & you getto pick your team in December.

Yeah not too much benefit, but I do remember last year, people were like making teams early and I was watching, I couldn't wait to make a team!
