I actually pan fry mine first. Brown it up a bit, rolling it around to get a good cook everywhere, so about 5 minutes or so then into the oven for 15 or so minutes and bam its done without explosion.

Just cooked one in mum's oven now that I live at her place, nothing special, just kiev on a bit of foil on a tray...

Cooked only 1 instead of 2 this time... no leakage :D
