I thin cook it a lower heat or something?

....Got some classic stories about Kiev's.

Cooked one and cut it open and I got blood instead of garlic sauce.  :(

Another I got a feather in my mouth.  :P

FF Masterchefs ...could be a league next year.. :o

If using raw chicken, bake in the oven at around (190c) for 35 - 45 minutes.
Chicken is cooked when the juices from a skewer run clear.
I turn them at 20 mins or so.
Add another 15 - 20 mins if cooking from frozen.
Sometimes the garlic will seap out but what can you do..... :-\

Bought 'em from Coles. Don't remember if they were on Woolworths Catalogue. Followed the instructions:

Cook for 10 minutes at 200c
Cook for 20 minutes at 180c

Followed the instructions, the kievs didn't give a flower, they were pretty loose chicks and chucked their guts anyway.

Ziplock

if they're actuallyexploding, put a slit in them before you cook them.

if you just dont want the garlic going everywhere, just cook on low heat.

Hawka

wrap them in foil ;)
works for me
