Best - picking up pav at 390k

Worst - trading broughton to eski round 3 and than eski to broughton round 13 cost 2 trades, 30k, about 300 points and now i have broughton and no trades. Its going to cost me a top 50 finish

KoopKicka

Best - Starting with Brad Ebert
Worst - Trading Swan to Stanton after Swan got injured :/

Jukes

Probably the only thing I did right at the start was my midfield; Swan, Ablett, Stanton, Boyd and Thommo all year long :D

Too bad my defence and forward had holes and my ruck was showere.

thanme

Best:
- Starting with Sidebottom and Robinson
- Starting with Waters (even though I traded him because of his "injury").

Worst: I have a few here!
- Having Kreuzer
- Trading out Broughton early on, switching Smedts in his place and bringing in THE CHAD.
- Trading Swan to Stanton when he was injured (I believe he was worth around $200k more than he is now)
- Trading Waters to Birchall
- Trading Treloar to Goodes when he came back. Not that I could have predicted Treloars last couple of weeks, but still...

Tainey

Worst:

- Trading an injured Fyfe to Boomer Harvey instead of Sidebottom.
- Starting with Clay Smith who had 1 good game then was cooked.
- Trading in Scotland, then trading him out the next week because of his "4 week injury", only to have him return after missing 1 game.
- Trading out an injured Pendles to Stanton.
- Paying $473,500 for Cloke

Best:

- Starting with the Mullet.
- Some decent rookies --> Zorko, Treloar, Gibson, the Horse, keeping Ellis
- Trading in Brad Ebert for Broughton after round 2.

T Dog

Best rd 1 - Giles / Maric selection
Worst - keeping Buddy

Jimmy10

Best: Sandi to cox before round 1 lockout

Worst: Spurr to Yarran the week that Spurr got included and tonned up, Holding broughton

BEST Decisions of 2012:
Picking up Steele Sidebottom and Patrick Dangerfield at the start of the year - they've been absolute gems. Another one was definitely upgrading Devon Smith to Dayne Beams at $450K :D

WORST Decisions of 2012:
would have to be trading Tom Bugg to Brian Lake in Rd 8 (I think). Bugg was 298K and Lake was 393K with a 3 round AVG of 105.... gets a 50 and a 40 next two weeks. I could've got Suckling or Scotland but was worried about bye structure ::)

Another bad pick up was Lee Spurr, who I traded in after 2 games. He had one price rise; got dropped for ages, so I downgraded him to another defender the week before he got recalled

The Silent Partner

Best Decision: Backing Bad Beau ,Chappy and The Mullet, thats about it really bad year. Ebert was worth it now he is dragging me

Worst decisions: Backing Mummy in, Thinking Sandi was actually over his injury, picking Fyfe after I told the Mrs i wasn't cos his shoulder is dodgy then ignoring it. Jumping on Stanton, Zaharakis . Purchasing the afl prospectus hence jading my own instinct further. Taking a job where i work late friday nights. And last Of all Please
DONT DRINK AND DREAM TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably best and worst in one... Trading in Dane Swan this week. Worst... Bringing in Travis Choke when fyfe got injured.
This week? How do you know it will be your best decision? What if he (God forbid) flops it from here on in?
But he won't, and you paid too much for him ;)

My best decisions were going Fyfe to ROK when Fyfe got injured, picking Watson over Stanton in round 8, keeping Scotland and Ablett through their injury "patches".
Worst were probably my forward rookie choices. Horlin-Smith did bugger all, Walsh had a great debut and then spudded it, traded out Treloar too early. Also keeping Pendles/Buddy through their injuries, but traded Waters. Still have 3 trades so glad i held them to a degree... but Pendles may have cost me a match during the bye rounds.
Anyone could get injured on any given week, but more so the feeling of logging onto DT and seeing Dane Swans name in your team highlighted in yellow. Amazing feeling. Sad it's taken this long though.
