It's much worse than that. I don't think people realise just how big of an advantage the AFL have given GWS, even over the Gold Coast.

I think the afl might be trying to make GC + GWS complete powerhouses to attract more supporters over the next decade. Maybe they've been more generous to the giants since we have a larger population to work with?

and probably a tougher market? Your right though when it comes to trying to fit all the young talent and the likes of Skully and Ward under a salary cap as that gap closes! hopefully it works that they get offered decent players for the young talent, then the comp will even out, I think maybe that's what the AFL wanted?

Scully's dad's contract (100K) is included in the salary cap this year, as is the Breakfast Point housing GWS provide for the next 2 years (400K each year). This club has no idea what they are doing.

mate, we had so many injuries it was ridiculous

mohr, palmer, patton, reid, shiel, ward, greene, frost, adams, mcdonald, coniglio, that is literally our entire midfield out right there, coniglio, palmer, greene, ward, mcdonald, shiel, like literally, that's our first tier midfield along with scully, then two key backs in mohr and frost, key forward patton, and adams and reid are both probably in our best as well. Add on top of the O'hAilpin, that's just ridiculous.
