Westhoff not in the best? What about Chaplin? I doubt rodan will be there. Salopek will retire/get delisted.

Westhoff only seems to perform in showdowns ;)

As for the D-Rod, I believe you might be right, the way Primus has treated him though is utterly shower

As for Chaplin, IMO one of the worst defenders in the AFL if you dont play him as a loose man.

Salopek too, seriously with the guys we're fielding why isnt the number 3 getting a game? o.O But yeah, this would be without any retirees :/

IMO take Salepek out for Wingard.

Put Hartlett on the wing for Cornes. Cornes might leave.

Put Chaplin in Hartlett's position.

Put Westhoff where Knights is.

Westhoff is actually not that bad, people pay him out too much coz he has no muscle. But in saying that he is probably behind the other 4 talls. You've missed our best player over the last 4 weeks, Paul Stewart, name him anywhere he can play (Our Brendan Goddard lol) Our fwd line should have: Schulz, D.Stewart, Butcher, B.Ebert, Gray, Hitchcock (Primus will play him if he's fit. Not a personal fave of mine)

Rodan is a one dimensional player, has no defensive side, and there is a reason why he cannot get games. Even as a sub (which i like) will not happen. Can't see him staying too much longer.

Salopek is gone, he can't get games now why would Primus play him over Jonas, Young, Wingard, Jacobs (Who you've also missed), Pittard next year if he's not doing it now. In our midfield rotations should be: Broadbent, Hartlett, Thomas, Boak, Cornes, Cassisi if he keeps playing. And those younger guys i've mentioned above. :)

Carlile and Trengove holding down the 2 key spots, we don't have much other back-up. (I like Cam O'Shea, think that he should get a call-up soon) The others are good.


tbh i don't see a reason we should pick up anyone from free agency beside Monfries, the others i believe we have the personel already.

Salopex is done can't even get a game in the SANFL

I agree with what PB said our forward line should look like, Hitchcock is one of my favourites will be a good player next year if he can string in a few games. Hard to leave out Westhoff though as he can play good when he wants to. Butcher and Schulz could kick 80-90 goals between them next year if they both remain un injured

Not a huge fan of Carlisle, I really hope Chaplin doesn't go to Richmond either as it would leave Trengrove taking the opposition best forward each week.

Jonas, Pittard, Young should get more game time next year and hopefully, Wingard will take his game to another level and show why he was a first round draft pick.

If Chaplin does leave Blee is ready to step up as a key defensive player, Surprised he hasn't debuted yet.

Pearce should go to a permeant half back position next year.

Hartlett, Broadbent and Boak will become A grade midfielders next year, Ebert should also take a step closer to A grade material if not there already.

Not the biggest fan of Pfeiffer

A injury free year and Renouf will be up there as one of the best ruck man in the comp.

Though i don't rate him much McCarthy should slot someone in our best 22 i would at least put him ahead of Pfeiffer

I think it's obvious, from what Port has done, and what is currently happening, the players we have form the start are gonna be better than anyone we bring in.

Scott Harding, Cam Cloke ::), Darren Pfeiffer :-\, John McCarthy :-\, Brett Renouf :-\, David Rodan :-\.

Schulz and Ebert have been good, but i think our hit rate is just as good, if not better, with our own SANFL players and other we've reruited from 18-20.

Haha i did a similar thing in the brisbane thread. The power's best 22 on paper looks pretty good. Here's my opinion on their 22 for rd 1 in 2013.

Primus defs has alot to work with! Solid kpp'sin trengove, butcher, shultz, westhoff and carlsisle. Then some class in hartlett, boak, pearce and gray who will be a welcome inclusion. No excuses over the next few years
