Arsenal are the big winners in the deal

Robin Van Persie had one good season with them then he was sold off

Arsenal should be able to get someone of quality with the cash and with the Financial Fair Play rules due to be implemented Arsenal should do okay considering they are one of few big clubs in the black

flower, flower and flower.

Now Arsenal have bulk money.

Now United are stronger.

Now I have to streak...

I reckon he'll stay at Arsenal until January then come to united.

I will actually streak at the first Glory home game following the January deadline next year if Robin moves to United. No hope ::)

something tells me that game is gonna get an above-average crowd ::)

only if he tells everyone he knows that he is going to do it and everyone turns up just to see it

Spurs? Not bluddy likely. Only about 5 clubs could afford his wage demands and I think we've just got our answer. So does that mean Spurs can have bench warmer Berbatov back now?

elephants

No one actually expects me to do it... Do they?

I'm not watching the first Glory game then! When can we expect you, 1st or 2nd half?

So if Fergie plays his euro formation for big games, as he so often does, of 4-4-1-1 or 4-5-1 do Rooney and VP both start? Surely VP can't play anywhere but up front, does Rooney get benched or play the support role? Maybe Fergie figures Wayne will be suspended for enough games that it won't matter? :P

Cicjose

Van Persie can play behind Rooney or vice versa

For Van Persie and Man Utd I would be very happy, but for a lot of the other EPL clubs, well especially Arsenal, I feel sorry for them.
I seemed to have tipped Man Utd for Van Persie's destination right from the beginning...
