Official Rules/Trade panel - English 15's

We will be covering the following issues in the short term:

. Squad Sizes (Inc. number of picks in each draft)

The starting number of squad sizes for 2013 will be 46

The list will be cut by 2 for the next two years (2014 and 2015), so the list sizes will be - 46 (2013), 44 (2014), 42 (2015) and then 42 for the rest of the time the game runs.

The Number of players from each draft will be

Official - 39
National - 4
Rookie - 3

All players (including players drafted from the rookie draft) will be on the same list, so no rookie list.

. Retirement/Delisting rules

. Improvement of trading rules

Can I suggest that the rules be included in the front page.

We can have discussions etc but it will make it easier if all rules were in this first post and modified on agreement, Will be able to find easier.
