I heard that FIFA14 isn't that great, so I decided I'll stick with FIFA13.

Can't remember my account password so I can't connect to Xbox Live and get into my old account which means no more Bradford City career mode.  :(

Made a new account and started a new career with Hartlepool (switched them form League One to League Two). Mainly so I could use Luke James. ;D Signed two free agents - Illiya (I think that's his first name) Milanov and Tim Payne.

Only played like 4 league games and won through to the next round of the Capital One Cup.

Pretty much still got the whole starting team except for two fossils replaced by Milanov and Payne.

Team is currently:
GK: Flinders
D: Austin, Hartley, Milanov, Horwood
M: Franks, Sweeney, Walton, Monkhouse
F: Payne, James

I probably won't make any signings in the first season and will just look to save up cash.

Fifa 14 career mode feels like a hassle and it seems way too difficult just to bring in players, the global scouting network is a waste of time

Yeah I agree with Speck. Although the career mode is still bearable.

Ultimate team is fine on fifa 14, I'm really enjoying it, as for career mode, it feels like my buttons don't work half the time

Meanwhile, in the land of the console-less, I have FIFA 12 on my school laptop. Started a career mode with Coventry, barbies fired me when I was bottom of the championship. So I went to Peterborough, and yeah, promoted back into the Championship the next season (They relegated too) and just missed out on Premierleague promotion in my 4th season with them. :(

Unfortunately I find too many ways to expliot the career mode, so very soon my team will be unbeataable. Scouting players, loaning them to keep the wage space, buy like 1/2 first XI players. Sell the deadweight (I hate big squads because too many people get butthurt) and keep the process going. Eventually the 16yo's will be either first team material or sellable and the money comes in etc...

I did get Panagiotis Kone however, before he was nominated for goal of the year. :D

This is why I make a limit on how many players I can scout or sumps. If all you do is scout you can pretty much buy anyone you want in 2-4 seasons time.

I took over Blackburn on FIFA13 a while back and I forgot how sick my team is :P

No scouting done at all.
